Asher’s compositions and creative processes are deeply influenced by Southern folk culture and a passion for environmentalism. He composes in a cinematic style with marks of traditional blues and folk harmonies. Asher intends to transport the listener to a different environment. Commission a work here.

Primarily an ensemble musician, Asher is well-versed in a variety of music genres. Whether funk, bluegrass, classical, avant-garde, or anything in between, Asher brings a stylistic and intentional presence to the stage that is hard to come by.
